When I first moved to Dubai, I found unexpected peace in its stillness. That quiet drew me closer to Arabian horses — and changed me forever.

Even more moving, however, was the sisterhood I discovered in the riding community. Many incredible women — modest, powerful, and grounded — were also finding safety and self through horses and nature.

Yet something was missing.

I noticed riders constantly adapting their clothing. They layered, adjusted, and compromised simply to feel comfortable and covered in the saddle. As a result, I kept asking myself: why hasn’t anyone created something for us? Why weren’t there elegant solutions — like riding abayas designed specifically for the equestrian lifestyle?

From that question, HiSaan Equine was born. It grew from the desert, from those friendships, and from a desire to honour both modesty and elegance in the equestrian world. Therefore, every piece we design carries that origin story within it.
